At our firm, our clients deal directly with a highly credible and experienced attorney, rather than through a legal assistant. They have direct access to the attorney, and we aspire to promptly respond to every phone call and email within hours, and certainly by the following business day.
We take on most matters on an up front agreed-upon flat rate basis, which we believe eliminates client anxiety over receiving "scary mail" containing invoices based on hourly billing. We hope that by doing so, our clients know that they can reach out to the attorney for answers to questions or concerns at any time without worrying about additional costs being incurred.
